Thank you for entrusting your special friend to us at FETCH For All Pets. Whilst every care is taken for the safety and welfare of our charges we kindly ask you to read the following service agreement. Payment of services constitutes acceptance of the following: Behaviour: Pets that display aggression towards staff or others may be refused service in the best interests of the pet and staff. Future bookings shall be reviewed thru consultation with the owner and if deemed untennable a full refund shall be provided. Health: In the unlikely event that emergency veterinary treatment is required which has an imminent impact on a pet’s health, the owner gives consent for FETCH For All Pets to seek treatment for the pet at the closest local veterinary clinic should the owner not specify a service prior. No shows & cancelations: Any rescheduling or cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time incur a 50% fee of service cost. Any same day cancellations will incur the full cost of the service booked. Photography: You consent to us taking photos or recordings of your pet (the images) to be used as part of our social media promotions including listing on out FETCH Pack photo gallery.
